Product delivery

The Seller undertakes to deliver the products in a door-to-door courier system to the Buyer.

Terms and conditions of delivery

The delivery term in Romania of the products purchased from our company, normally falls between 2 – 10 working days, from the moment of registering the order on the host server of the site www.qcosmeticecoreene.ro

 

The transport is made through the Urgent Cargus courier service and the transport fee is 15 lei and free of charge for orders over 150 lei.

 

The delivery time may be exceeded in certain cases such as promotion periods (Black Friday, Christmas Discounts, Easter Campaigns, etc.) or periods when the roads are impassable (floods, massive snowfalls, etc.).

COSMETIC RETURN POLICY

Q Stem Lab Medias SRL complies with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, which gives the buyer the right to return them within 14 days of receiving all purchased products, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

 

 

Exemptions from the right of withdrawal

According to article 16, letter e of GEO34 / 2014, used / tested cosmetic or personal use products cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene reasons.

Given the nature of the products sold, it is not accepted for return products that have forms of consumption or wear, without the original packaging or with the packaging unwrapped / unsealed, which has physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, etc. If you are thinking of returning a product, please make this decision before opening / unsealing / using it.

If you want to return a product purchased from www.qcosmeticecoreene.ro please follow the following steps:

  1. Express your desire to return the product (which must meet the standards mentioned above) by e-mail to [email protected], which must specify the order number, full name and contact number, if it is desired to replace the product or return the equivalent value. If you want to receive the value of the product, please send us an IBAN account in lei to return the amount.\
  2. The products can be returned in person or by courier, in which case you will fully bear the cost of transport. Parcels sent with payment to Q Stem Lab Medias SRL, without prior agreement, will be rejected.
  3. The package will contain the product you want to return in the original packaging, properly packaged in the protective bubble, so as not to be damaged during transport, in a closed box with adhesive tape. Also, please return the product with the accompanying documents.

Returns made by Romanian Post or Prioripost are not accepted!
